Crafted from pine felled and hand-planed in Boone, NC, the cabin has a wonderful smell and unique aesthetic. It's like a woodcutter's home deep in the woods, yet sits safely in my verdant backyard. Very nice garage apt behind our home on .75 acre in upscale neighborhood. 8 min from Royse city Tx. 18min from Rockwall tx and 12 min from from Greenville tx. You will be staying in a safe gated private property. The apt is upstairs above a double garage were we the host live on property. We have a fenced area for a dog if you bring one with you. We have sound proof the apt upstairs from our downstairs apt we use ourselves.

Separate, Private Guest House in

You will have your own private space in a detached Guest House behind the main home at the back of a fenced and gated property. This guest home has its own private entrance and secured parking behind a gated entrance. Even though you are located in the same area as our primary home, your space is very private and located on the lower level of the property and we will not bother you. There is nothing quite like a peaceful stay out on the farm. Especially when you are not responsible for feeding the animals or fixing the fences! We invite you to enjoy a private, homey, & scenic stay. Surrounded by wonderful farm life and quiet neighbors, there are a few better places to see the stars. We take great pride in treating you like family, (that we like). Everything you need awaits you so grab your clothes and leave your worries behind!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. All 4 bedrooms are large and spacious. Each has a Roku TV. Game room with pool table, 65 inch Roku TV, dart board, and seating. Nicely stocked kitchen and dining in kitchen, dining room, and on patio. The pool is available, but not heated. Spa is not heated. The pool is cleaned weekly on Tuesday. There is a pool net available to remove leaves and other debris.
