Phil and Jess welcome you to our humble home. Enjoy a comfy queen bed & make yourself at home to share all rooms & facilities of our home. We're in a leafy suburb, 900m walk to the train station. Simple breakfast provided with cereals, tea, coffee. We have had the home for a couple of years & we are on the road to self-sufficiency. **No smoking please.**
