Dear friends, welcome to the central part of Kiev. With the great pleasure we want to offer you a wonderful apartment. Apartment layout is a bedroom, kitchen, common bathrooms, hallway. Windows in the apartment faces into the bachyard. Entrance door is equipped with a lock code.
The apartment is located on the 6th floor of a 9-storey building. This building is located in the historical part of Kiev, close to the main attractions of the capital of Ukraine, a 10-minute walk to the main street - Khreschatyk. In the immediate vicinity of the house are: Bessarabska Square with plenty of boutiques and branded stores, shopping center "Mandarin Plaza", business center "Parus". Also in the walking distance from the house is a shopping and entertainment complex "Arena", where you can find: Center for Contemporary Art "Pinchuk Art Center", night clubs, casinos, luxury boutiques, restaurants and cafes, 24 hours supermarket.
Four persons can accommodate in the apartment (1+1). The bedroom is equipped with all necessary implements for your comfortable stay: double bed with orthopedic mattress, wardrobe, bedside tables, lamps, double sofa, coffee table, cupboard, TV with digital cable TV. Bedroom has an air conditioner for your comfortable staying.
The kitchen has everything you need to cook your favorite dishes: kitchen unit, built-in appliances, electric stove with oven, fridge, microwave, electric kettle, washing machine, dining table, chairs and all necessary dishes.
In the corridor there is spacious wardrobe for your luggage.
The apartment has combined bathroom which is equipped with shower, sink, toilet, hair dryer.
Supply of hot water is centralized (24 hours), in case of lack of centralized hot water the apartment is provided with it’s own water boiler(heater). You will find all the necessary accessories in the apartment: towels, slippers, soap and shampoo.
There are also a free Wifi , telephone, iron, ironing board at your disposal.
