Cool loft with everything you need to work or play in Portland. Loft occupies top floor of home, lot's of natural and LED light, and is 23' x 24' not counting the storage space. The main sitting area is approximately 14 x 11 with 10' ceiling and has a full length couch and lift top coffee table that can be raised to work space height. There is a set of 15 full width, high ceiling stairs to the unit. This is my personal space when I am not traveling so I know it's very functional, and I am very proud of it. The pics don't do it justice, but more to come. This is one of three units in the building so you get a little noise from other tenants, but that has been minimized with carpet and soundproofing. I am definitely not looking for loud, partying type guests. There is also a separate sleeping nook with a queen foam mattress, so space could sleep 3 if needed. Private entrance.

Keys will be left in a lock box next to the interior Loft door. We ask that you respect your neighbors when coming and going. For guests of a week or more there is an on-site washer and dryer, and a shared yard with picnic table, grill, and fireplace.

The house is a tri-plex in essence, with a lower flat, a middle flat (both accessed from the NE 11th side) and the Loft accessed from the NE Webster side.
There will be a house manual inside, please read it. When you arrive proceed to the Webster side of the house (the yellow house is on a corner lot bounded by Webster and NE 11th). Proceed through the side gate marked “5109” forward to the blue door.
Please use the Webster street side door exclusively. Please keep noise to a minimum when entering and exiting. The grill and yard are not too be used unless arranged with me in advance. I am definitely not looking for loud guests. My neighbors and tenants are excellent people and need to be respected. No pets. No Smoking of anything inside.
