Location: cozy two-storey house with swimming pool is located near the beach of Gold Coast. 10 minutes walk to the sea. The nearest market "Kievіskiy" 5 minutes by car. The nearest shop and a minimarket 3-5 minutes.

Description of the house: On the 1st floor of the house is a small and practical kitchen with a set of dishes, stove, refrigerator, bathroom with shower, entrance hall with a spacious wardrobe and a washing machine. There is a boiler for hot water.
