Jennifer made her first enquiry on the 24th December as it was the busy Christmas period I somehow didn't reply until the 25th December, Christmas day. The guests could have cancelled free of charge on the 25th December after I had message them that kitchen was only available for cooking at breakfast time & access to kitchen was open which they used late at night, as it was the Christmas period I needed use of the kitchen more, normally I am more flexiable. I had message my guests on the christmas day for them to let me know what time they would be arriving on the 27th so I could be there and the room be ready, no response so I had message them for 5pm check in, my check in time is flexiable & I most of time I will suit the guests but it was the christmas holidays so I wasn't at home all the time. Yes Wifi is limited as stated on my listing so I have to put a time on it. Yes there was technically issues with the Wifi & fortunately the server sorted the problem out within a half an hour. I was there most of time for my guests enquiries, gave them some delicious Christmas cake and made no fuss when they had informed me that they had broken a mug even if they didn't offer me money for a replacement mug. Apologies if I didn't always have a smile on my face but I did have some chats with ye where I believe I gave ye pleasant advise. Happy new year.
