My place is close to Barton Creek Greenbelt. You’ll love my place because of the view from the living area, the location, and the outdoors space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and groups.

If you're traveling in a group, keep in mind that the home features 4 beds and one pull out sofa to sleep 9 total people comfortably.

-The professional housekeeping fee covers a cleaning before you arrive, so please be courteous and leave the space as you found it.
-$100 pet fee per week if you'd like to bring along your furry friend
- Absolutely no smoking inside
- Please respect my neighbors and keep it down if you're outside after 10pm.
- You are renting half of a duplex which means the outside yard is a shared space. There’s a huge patio and you’ll have a grill on your side of it.

I am originally from the East coast, but enjoying Texas life and all the culture Austin has to offer!
