About your troubles reachig me.. As I told you from the first message I've send to you, my father (who normally takes care of the check-in) was on holidays abroad, so I gave you the number of the neighbour. You mentioned her but she's not just a very kind resident, she is the person who took care of your check-in and she was in charge to help you because I asked her. From your review it seems that you found her by accident, when it's not. I underline that we gave you the number the day before your arrival (which is the same day you did the reservation) so you could arrange the check in. Besides, I always answer to your messages not only the same day, but like 10 minutes later you send them. I was pending about your arrival: I was talking with my neighbour and with you all day long. I was almost a stalker! :) I asked you if everythig was ok the day after your arrival and I told you I was at your disposal, you could ask me or contact me when you need. And you didn't. I did my best to make your arrival easier, and it's disappointing to see that sometimes the best is not enough.
About the wifi we will fix it, it's a remote location but normally it works :)
Not only the reviews mention that you have to do a little walk, I wrote that in the description of the house, so it's not a secret. Normally my father helps the guests with the luggage, but unfortunatly he wasn't there, and this wasn't a secret neither.
Anyway, thank you one more time. I'm sure that you had a great time in Santa Maria. I hope you will come back someday maybe the path will be ok and you will reach the house without walking :)
