A completely private and peaceful one bedroomed annex with ensuite bathroom and its own entrance.
The annex is adjacent to our 16th century mill house, which is set in 3 acres of private grounds and gardens, nestled in the beautiful Somerset countryside.
The annex comprises a fully furnished bedroom with king-sized bed, and adjoining private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Within the Annex there are tea & coffee making facilities, English breakfast tea, herbal teas and freshly ground filter coffee, together with a small fridge containing local organic milk and yoghurt, home-made granola, a selection of cereals, fresh fruit and juice for your breakfast.
The annex has it's own Smart TV, DVD collection and selection of books including local guidebooks, walking routes and maps.
As part of your stay please feel free to spend time in the outdoor veg garden and seating area by the riverbank - it's a stunning spot for a morning coffee!
A BBQ is also available for use on summer's evening in the garden.

Private entrance. Guests have private use of the Annex and are free to also use the rear garden of the main property which includes a herb garden, riverside seating area and BBQ.

Fantastic seasonal food is available at our traditional local pub, the Candlelight Inn, which is a 2 minute walk from the annex.
If you fancy a full English there is a great farm shop nearby which serves hearty breakfasts from 8.30am, lunch and traditional afternoon cream teas. (Also highly recommended for BBQ sausages!).
The annex has full central heating with it's own independent temperature control, which you have full control of during your stay.
2 night minimum stay - although please feel free to contact us if we have late availability and you're looking for a shorter stay.
There is space for a cot and we are happy to host guests travelling with their little one - we can provide toys, highchairs etc - just let us know when booking.
All linen and towels are included.
