Guests have access to the entire home, aside from the attic, unfinished portion of the basement, and outdoor sheds (all of which are locked).
All exterior locks are bluetooth compatible; with a touch of the hand, doors will unlock through the Kevo smartphone app. For those less tech savvy guests, 2 keys and a fob are available in a lockbox.
Další věci, které stojí za zmínku
If guests choose to use the fire pit in the back yard an automatic $75 will be taken out of the security deposit to pay for wood, a fire starter log, and ash cleanup. We also ask that fires remain modest, as the home is situated close to other houses and we don't want to disturb neighbors with smoke and sparks.
For guests staying longer than a few days, we recommend parking off the street in the driveway, as there is a town permit required for overnight street parking.
We ask that guest remain respectful of neighbors as our home is in a family oriented area. Kind, kid friendly language is appreciated when you're in the outside areas.
Trash and recycling pickup is early Friday mornings. If you are staying through Thursday night, or arriving on a Friday, we ask that you help us by taking out/bringing in the trash bins.
We respect guests privacy, and want you to think of our home as your own. We will be off the premises the majority of your time spent here, but we're always just a text message or phone call away if questions or emergencies should arise.
