On the first floor of the building "Opera Gardens", my apartment has views of the city skyline and glimpses of Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House. Offering a secure entrance and lift access, it's generously proportioned and enjoys a tranquil setting with a stroll to Kirribilli village cafes, restaurants, shops and rail, while ferries, the foreshore and Sydney's iconic landmarks are front and centre.
With this space is a living/dining room that flows out to a balcony with spectacular views. The large bedroom include wardrobes and a private bathroom. From wandering to cool cafés to delicious eateries and fine dining, it is a superb entry point into one of Sydney's most desirable areas.
You will stay in a comfortable room with double bed and everything you'll need for your stay (towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc), and you'll also have your own bathroom.
Sit on the balcony or the lounge to watch the activity on the city skyline, the ships in the harbour and the sun rise and set over from the perfect vantage point! I'm a 10 minute walk to Milsons Point station (1 stop to the city), 10 minute walk to Milsons Point Wharf (ferries direct to the city) and a 30 minute walk across the bridge into the CBD.
Please note, you will be renting one room in a two bedroom apartment. I live in the other room.

You will have your own room, as well as your own bathroom (but not connected). You will have access to all the public areas (an open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area with amazing, uninterrupted harbour views). There is storage space in the laundry and in the hall cupboard.

I enjoy meeting people and can point you in the right direction, or just give you space to do your own thing.
Další věci, které stojí za zmínku
Make sure to spend some time sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine and just watch the ferries come and go from Circular Quay. It's one of my favourite things to do!
Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. No sleeping on the living room couch without prior arrangement. I know the view is great, but you can look at it in the morning ;-).
