I apologize to not being there to receive you myself that day. I tried to communicate with you for the arrival time so I could be there. But we missed each other. We try to do our best to make the guest room and the entire home clean. When guests have issues with anything, we would like to have opportunity to fix things right away if they inform us. But we didn’t hear from you during your one night stay.
The check in instructions were addressed.—The bathroom is share with the only one person. We have a cat that is in and out the house but we do not allow her in the guest room. We ask the guests to keep the door closed for this purpose as well. There is coffee, tea, water and snacks stand in the living room. There is also a quiet time after 10 pm.
We have also had people who were allergic to cats staying with us before and they have not had any problems. However, in the future I would recommend you to choose the Airbnb house with no cat.
