This 2-floor loft will fit 4 people - 2 on a downstairs sofa bed + 2 upstairs on a queen-size bed.
There is a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle, 2-hob electric cooker and other equipment, bar desk, big wardrobe, bathroom with shower corner and toilet and more than basic cosmetic stuff, a hairdryer, towels...

To fill in the document we will ask all our guests to present us a passport or any other relevant ID document. It will take only a while.

My host values:
Cleanliness of the apartment is the first and the most important value for me. This value is my highest principle of all. It is based on my own requirements I would have, if I traveled somewhere myself. To find a hair on the floor as well as a dirty towel or a sheet would be so disappointing for me that not even a five-star hotel with all its pomposity would redeem my disappointment. That is why I do my best in order not to degrade this value even if between the departure of previous guests and new guests arrival there is only a minimum of time. When I host you, it is only in a perfectly clean and tidy space with freshly washed bed linen and towels. I can guarantee that you always come into a clean and fragrant space that will increase your positive impressions of the stay in Bratislava.
2. Protection of Your Health and the Environment
While taking care of household surfaces as well as of bed linen and towels, the easiest way is to use common detergents and household cleaners. Yet few people question impacts of these agents on our health and to what extent these are environmentally friendly. The guest apartment is cleaned incomparably more times than a normal household. There are times when the guests take turns day by day, and in this case all surfaces has to be cleaned daily and linen has to be washed after being used just once. Residues of conventional cleaning and washing preparations would certainly not contribute to your overall well-being while staying in my apartment. Therefore, in September 2015, I took the decision that I would use the washing agents exclusively:
-purely environmentally friendly
-without phosphates and chlorine
It was not easy to find the solution but I managed! For maintenance of my apartment I use brand-name detergents and household cleaners with highly active supplements such as coconut, citrus and minerals. All these cleaning agents have been certified by organizations The International Association for Soaps, Detergents and Maintenance Products, AISE) and the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), which acquired the status of Design for the Environment (DfE). Once I have decided to pursue the activities of the host and to be responsible to guests I can not be reckless and irresponsible towards the environment and your health.
3. Readiness and responsiveness
Although each of us perfectly plans our actions, it often happens we are not 100% ready for every situation. This is the reason why I am available on-line for my guests not only while booking but also during the entire stay until its successful completion. Each of my guests knows that in most cases they receive an instant response or solution for every question, request or wish. Sometimes a small detail, or discomfort can spoil the overall impression of the stay in Bratislava and that is the last thing I would have liked.
Just like each apartment is different, each host is different, too. The differences are mainly in personal values, in the nature, communication style, experiences and overall approach. I tried to prepare my appartment for the guests to offer them content and comfort even if they travel with minimum luggage for a long period of time. The world consists of details, and therefore I believe that no detail contributing to your comfort during your stay escaped my attention. I try to be at the guests´disposal only as much as they expect from me. I do not belong to the hosts who spend hours explaining and chatting but I am always ready to answer any question and fulfill any request. From my point of view guests arriving in Bratislava want to enjoy themselves and each other and also have contact with the city. Therefore, my role during the stay is only conductive and intermediate. On the other hand, even my character would not allow me to carry out a role of an all-day animator.
5. Good Impression
I am aware of the fact that only few guests manage to return to Bratislava again. Therefore, my only intention and effort is to do everything I can to make every minute of your stay in Bratislava as pleasant as possible so that you leave the apartment and the city with a lot of positive experiences and impressions. If you want to know the city, I can offer you a tip for a free tour of the centre. If you want to enjoy lunch or dinner, I can mark down restaurants, where I like going myself and where I haven´t been disappointed. There are not too many. My criteria as for location, space, menu and staff are very strict. I do not belong to those who can afford lunch or dinner in luxury restaurants and I am convinced that even in an affordable place managed by a passionate owner, your impression will be bettert than in a posh restaurant.
