First of all, I would like to thank you for the time you have taken to make your comment. Thanks for your time. For me, all the comments are valuable and they help me to keep improving.
I feel that your experience has been negative, in general our guests do not have the same appreciation, believe me I'm really sorry. We will take the most appropriate measures to prevent this from happening again.
His stay coincided with the Holy Week of our town (and of Spain, logically), which hindered his attention. And more on Holy Thursday that was a National Holiday with processions on the street and limited circulation, even so, we did our best to assist you at your arrival time (which you fixed). He did not ask us about arrival options and flexibility, which we have with all our tenants.
I must insist on the subject of the schedule. As I say, we have the maximum possible flexibility, but in Holy Week, which was if you visit, and even more, on Holy Thursday, National Holiday, the displacements are complicated, and even more so with the traffic cut and the processions in the streets.
In the announcement, it is clearly specified that the arrival is until 18:00, perhaps, if you are not satisfied with this condition, you should not stay since in most of the accommodations there is a stipulated arrival / departure time. To date we have been flexible and we have never demanded the fulfillment of the schedule to our visitors, and we have not had problems either, precisely because we know that they are tourists and we do not suppose any additional expense that they enjoy my locality one more afternoon. But it is true that we must also put an hour since it has been the case to arrive at 2:00 am, without any thanks. It is for these cases for which we put the arrival time clause. Anyway, with a mere message it would have been solved. I feel the misunderstanding.
On the other hand, the one that arrived 20 minutes late, I do not think it was that, it was only the inconveniences of the Holy Week, perhaps if he had warned me with more time of his arrival, I would have been waiting, I understand that nobody I like to wait, I feel that it was his wait and not mine.
About the noise, it is a residential area, and perhaps the noise is due to that just around there, Holy Week of Holy Thursday, which is one of the attractions of these dates and that central area. The rest of the year, there is not. I can understand that he does not like Easter, but it is a national date that I do not control. On the soundproofing, as you will understand, in the area where it is, there is no such place. As I say it is a quiet area and none of our visitors have complained about it. Again, I'm sorry if Easter bothers you.
