What a view! Car camping/Glamping at its finest!
Guests should bring items they would take on a campout…
•Bedding—sleeping bags/blankets & pillows
•Camp chairs to gather around the fire
•Food & Water--there is no drinkable water on site currently. There are containers for water provided but it can never hurt to have more
Our aim is to maintain the traditional yurt feel without modernizing too much.
Pets permitted $10/night additional fee
20 min travel time door-to-gate of Bryce Canyon National Park. Bryce is Ah-mazing and a MUST see...but did you know that to get to Bryce you drive through the Amazing Red Canyon area that offers a paved bike path along Hwy 12 and many hikes and adventures of its own that don't have an entry fee attached?!!
No competing with other campers, vacationers, tourists, or other forms of population while being just moments from access to major roads, grocery stores, etc. 3 min from Panguitch.
Many guests of other yurts have to off-road or backcountry hike into. Due to the ease of access at Uyurt the Highway 89 is close allowing for no extra time added to your day trips. Our pristine setting along the river allows you to find the peaceful rhythm of being in nature with the added fun and security of having walls between you and the elements when needed/wanted.
Perfect for groups of friends, families--especially those with children to corral, or those who need a place where they can leave their animal(s) while venturing into the pet restricted parks.
FISHING! Located right by the Sevier River you can walk for miles with no worry of imposing on other's experience or vice versa.

We are not at the yurt property. This is located a distance from where we live but we travel there at regular intervals and have local help to check in on things weekly. Please keep in touch with us if you see anything amiss or have any other questions or concerns.
4 Important Topics worth knowing before booking:
LINENS: You will need to bring your own sleeping bags, sheets, blankets, etc., to lay out on the mattresses provided. We have 2 bunk beds (one which has a double twin/queen size bed on the bottom) and 1 futon. A pack-and-play is also provided--please wipe down with provided Clorox wipes before putting away.
FOOD: You will need to pack in your own food and beverages and pack out what you don’t consume. There is a propane double burner camp stove provided or you are welcome to use the fire pit and cook over the fire. Please do not leave ANY food or liquid, packaged or perishable at the yurt site as this invites critters, disease, and unsavory smells into the yurt.
WATER: We provide 5-gallon water jugs inside the yurt for cooking and drinking purposes. There is no water hooked up to the yurt, however, we do provide a toilet in a separate bathhouse. If you think you will consume more than 5 gallons of water, it is recommended that guests bring additional gallons.
ELECTRICITY & ELECTRONICS: There is no electricity (or outlets) in the yurt as it is a traditional yurt. However, there is cell phone reception at the yurt with most carriers though there is no internet and no TV is provided.
As friends and business partners we are excited to welcome you to what we consider to be the best way to experience the surrounding area while enjoying the company you're with.
