My name is Eric. I recently purchased and remodeled little house, and have worked hard to make it the perfect spot to stop and chill for a bit. Sunroom/water room is perfect for coffee in the am, full kitchen, huge tv in room, wifi, free washer and dryer, private room, driveway parking. This house is mainly for a younger crowd. Generally I have house music playing through the house speakers, If you don't like music, you won't like it here. It's always 5 o'clock here and 420 friendly.
