Located a block and a half from the beach in Cannon Beach`s midtown, Sea Star Suites offers three rooms to choose from, all with full kitchens, TVs, and Wi-Fi.
Sea Star 157 has two queen beds, a full bath with tub and shower, and a full kitchen complete with oven, stovetop, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. Sleep 4 maximum.
Sea Star 158 has two queen beds, a full bath with tub and shower, and a full kitchen complete with oven, stovetop, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. This room also has a kitchen table and chairs. Sleeps 4 maximum.
Sea Star Suite 257 is a one-bedroom suite, with one queen bed in the bedroom and one queen bed in the main room. This suite has a full bath with tub and shower, and a full kitchen complete with oven, stovetop, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. This room also has a kitchen table and chairs. Sleeps 4 maximum.
All rooms are non-smoking (neither tobacco nor marijuana are allowed). Dogs are welcome, and we do charge $15.00 per dog per day.

Sea Star Suites are pet friendly units with a limit of one dog per unit. There is a pet fee of $15.00 per day plus tax - $16.47 total per day.
General Information - Our check in time is 3 pm and check out is at 10 am. Our office is located at 115 Sunset Blvd. in Cannon Beach. If you are coming from the North on Hwy 101, Sunset Blvd is the second exit into Cannon Beach. If you are coming from the South on Hwy 101, Sunset Blvd is the third exit into Cannon Beach. Our office is on the left hand side of Sunset Blvd, just before Columbia Bank. Our office hours vary during the seasons so give us a call ahead of time to obtain current office hours.
Guest Requirements - You must be over the age of 25 in order to rent a home, condo or guest suite from Beachcomber Vacation Homes. This Reservation cannot be transferred to anyone else and subletting the home is prohibited. The contracted guest is the responsible party for all intentional or malicious damage done by anyone in their party including structural damage, damage to furnishings, theft, unnecessary maintenance, and the need for extra cleaning beyond what is normally required at departure. Our homes are in neighborhoods that have full-time residents so please be courteous with parking, outside activities, lights and noise.

Number of Guests and Cars - Sea Star Suite 157 has parking for 1 cars and will sleep up to 4 guests. Each home or suite has a rental permit from either the city of Cannon Beach or Clatsop County that regulates how many guests may stay and how many cars are allowed to park. If more people stay at the house than permitted, then such is a violation of this Guest Reservation Contract rental and constitutes grounds for immediate termination and eviction. No RV`s, 5th Wheels, or campers are allowed on the property
Pets - Sea Star Suite 157 is a pet friendly unit. Only dogs are allowed in pet friendly units and there is a limit of one dog for the guest suites. The fee is $15.00 a day plus tax.
Left Behind Items - If you leave something behind in the house please give us a call right away. If we find it we can mail it back to you, with the shipping charges dependent on the size and weight of the package.
Guest Responsibilities at Departure - Please do not strip or make the beds. All that is required is that you load the dishwasher and leave the suite reasonably clean and in order.
Smoking - There is no smoking (neither tobacco or marijuana) allowed in any of our guest suites. If you smoke outside please do so at the appropriate distance from the suites and dispose of your cigarette materials appropriately. If anyone smokes inside the guest suite, then such is a violation of this Guest Reservation Contract and constitutes grounds for immediate termination and eviction. You will also be subject to a minimum $250.00 cleaning fee.
Special Note - Please bring your own beach towels as the towels in the home are not meant to be taken to the beach.
Trash - Please place all garbage and recycling materials in the cans provided. If you have excess garbage, please bag it and let our office know when you depart so that we can pick it up.
Key Codes - All Beachcomber Vacation Homes, condos, and guest suites have a key-less entry system. You will be given your code at check-in, or if you plan to arrive after our office hours, we will call you with your code. The code will not work until 3 pm on the day of your arrival and will deactivate shortly after 10 am on the day of your departure. If you need a little extra time for departure, or if you are arriving earlier than 3 pm, please give our office a call and we’ll try to accommodate you if we can.
Unforeseen Circumstances - Even the best made plans can hit a snag and renting a vacation home or guest suite is no different. If your guest suite becomes unavailable due to plumbing, electrical or heating issues, roof damage or anything else beyond our control that makes it uninhabitable, we will try to move you to a comparable suite. If a comparable suite is not available, Beachcomber will give you the option of receiving a refund or choosing an upgraded accommodation , subject to availability. If you choose an upgraded home or guest suite, any increase in rental rate will be your responsibility.
Indemnify and Hold Harmless - Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the owner and Beachcomber Vacation Homes and its officers, directors, agents and employees of and from any and all claims, , causes of action, damage, lawsuits, judgments, including attorneys fees, and costs, arising out of, relating to, or in connection with the reservation and/or use occupancy or rental of the home or property specified in this Guest Reservation Contract.
Legal - In the event of a breach of this Guest Reservation Contract or dispute concerning its interpretation or enforcement, the losing party shall pay the prevailing party’s costs, expenses, and attorney fees incurred.
