Cozy Eagle Hill brick mid-rise with great views and in an area of rich culture, great food, and easy city/airport access.
10 minute walk to the Airport/Maverick T lines! Look no further if you need a clean, comfortable, and accessible place to stay!
Economical and cozy space with a lot of natural light and plenty of privacy. The brick condo complex is in a quite neighborhood with quick access in/out of the city. Open floor plan is complete with a full multimedia system, eat/work station and a large bathroom. Maverick and Airport Subway (MBTA) are both a 10 minute walk from the unit. If public transit isn't your style, grab an Uber or Lyft from the door and be in the city in 10 minutes or less.
I am in the top floor unit of the condo building, which was built in 1920. Please keep in mind that the stairs to the unit are pretty tight and narrow, making it potentially difficult for people with large luggage. Private bedroom with a Queen sized bed (name-brand memory foam) for 2 guests.
For additional guests, ask for approval please. There is room for another person and an air mattress in the bedroom but is not provided in the unit.
-2 hour, on street parking is available on Meridian St at the Monmouth junction 30 feet away from the unit's entrance.
-There are multiple full and self service laundromats within a 5 minute walk if you need to do any laundry during your stay.
-The kitchen is fully functional and available for you to use. Plenty of spices and condiments in the fridge, but please shop for your own food or order-in during your stay. Full set of glassware, silverware, and dinnerware are available for use too. If you are more comfortable using disposable tableware, feel free to use what is available.
-The bathroom includes a large tub/shower that is great for tall guests. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Q tips, towels, blankets are provided.

-I also live in the house and will be available as needed. I provide my cell number on the welcome letter or you can message me through the airbnb app.
-I do travel and will let you know if I won't be physically there. Which is why I request the key be left in the lockbox so that it isn't lost and you find yourself locked out.
-I sleep with a fan on, so please don't worry about noise as you move around. It will not disturb me if you arrive late, use the bathroom or shower. I say this because the bathroom is next to my room.

A little bit about me: I am a young professional working in Boston who likes to hang out with friends in the area, enjoy the local restaurant scene, and involve myself in the business-startup atmosphere. I am typically traveling on the weekend to see friends and family in New Hampshire or Connecticut.
Boston is my true home. This area has so much to offer, whether it be in the proper metro area or out in the suburbs. Having grown up in New Hampshire I am very familiar with Boston and the what makes it a great travel destination or home.
I am a huge renewable energy buff. My life's passion is to bring renewable energy to homes across the country.
Meeting new people and gaining varied perspectives is very enjoyable to me as well. This is a huge reason I chose to do an AirBnB instead of renting out the room in a traditional way.
