Hello, for the washing machine we already told you that it is broken on the listing ad. We already told the technician to fix it before but that way you told us to can’t fix the washing machine.For another issue, before you came in, we already check all of them and it was okay. But we try to improve our services. And for the AC, IT IS ALREADY STATED IN THE RULES/POLICY that PLEASE TURN OFF THE ELECTRICITY WHEN NOT IN USED. Please, obey the rules. We really dissapointed with your stay because your sister lying about the deposit money, she said she already transfered to my account but she never asked for it and it is one of our policy to have a deposit money (written on the description). The way your sister communicate with us is really rude and unrespectful to us, and you didnt’s obey the rules for check out. And fyi, our towels that you left behind is leaving a huge black stain, and actually you have to pay for destroying our properties, but we didn’t charge you for that because you didnt give us the deposit money. Please, obey the rules. Please have respect for us as a host. We know you’re staying and paying, but please have manner and respect beacuse you’re paying less than a hotel with such a huge facilities.
