Thank you very much for your comments as its the very first booking I have, it will help me to improve the place and make the check-ins easier.
I based the price on the location, the square meters available, the amenities, the services (Scooter, Cellphone, Housekeeping) and the prices around me.
Really sorry for the rooster but there's nothing we can do against it and I guess it also sings for my neighbours in the area.
Tricycles should not be a problem, because I give a free bike or scooter for each night booked so you can save 150 PHP each way when you want to go to town or come back.
The owner of Buko Resort is indeed a very good friend of mine, but no one said that the way beach was through their private entrance, they just let us through because we know each other. So yes if you go inside without asking or telling where you come from they will obviously ask you who you are and what you're doing here (You'd do the same to anyone coming in the house without telling you I guess). You were in one of the closest accommodations from the only beach in El Nido where you can swim where, again, everyone pays 150 PHP one way to go there. Its not written in the description that we have a direct access to the beach anyway.
About your private feedback on your check in :
I offered you to book your transfer from Puerto Princesa so I could know exactly what time you'll be in El Nido. You told us that you booked it yourself and that you'll be here at 5pm. On a very religious country, on a Christmas day, the office was obviously closed BUT still ready to welcome you at 4:45pm. You called me very upset saying that you were here and you were tired to wait at... 2:30pm without telling me. 30 minutes later you got the keys of the house. I don't have a hotel we have no reception desk and I dont want to. Saying that the wait was very long is not really true even tho I understand that you were tired by your trip. You called to say that you were waiting but you didn't call to say that you'll be here 2 hours in advance.
It's written in the description that the Wifi is weak but its a portable one, so you can take it anywhere you want and get signal I dont think many hotels provide this (even a cellphone in case you have anything you need)
THE beach we are talking about is Las Cabanas not the one you can't access...
Anyway I tried my best to keep in touch and send a message to see if everything was ok or anything I could do to make your stay better, i never had a reply.
Again thanks for your feedback we will surely improve all of this.
