Serkan, we are sorry that you have felt the need for such a negative review.
Dealing with your points:-
1. Cleanliness - you were the first guest to rent the whole villa (as opposed to a room) and as a result every single item of linen (including the freshly pressed bed linen and all towelling) was brand new for your stay, so we struggle to understand how they smelt.
The villa is deep cleaned from top to bottom, inside and out by professional cleaners, prior to every guest arrival. So again we struggle to understand your point.
The sofas and rug were professionally cleaned in the days prior to your arrival, so again we struggle to understand where your issues arise from.
2. Pool - the pool is maintained every Monday every week of the year by a professional pool firm and the filtering system is in perfect working order. The filter is on every day for 8 hours. The pool, unlike many other villa pools, is operative 12 months a year.
Your stay was three nights. You had our contact details to contact us should any problem arise during your stay, which for some reason you failed to do so. Neither did you raise any of your concerns when we greeted you on your day of departure and you said you’d enjoyed your stay.
