We understand that you didn't find the apartment clean enough, something which my team really tried hard to make right by offering another clean. Our earlier guests have always loved the way the apartment is cleaned, and kept, and therefore, it is very sad to hear from you that it was not up to the mark, especially as we have always maintained our 5 star status on the cleanliness mark. As for the building works, once again, I am very sorry that this caused you a lot of disturbance, as this certainly wasn't our intention ever. For this reason we have clearly mentioned in our listing, about the building works that are going on at the time, so that our guests are made aware of this in advance. About the incidence on my team disturbing you in the morning, this was truly an honest mistake, and we just wanted to ensure that you had a comfortable stay and we rectified any issues that were pointed out by you. I apologise tremendously on the same, and this is exactly the reason we had even offered you a discount for the stay, and causing you this disturbance.
