Unfortunate this is the first negative review but kind of glad it happened as it highlights what I have tried to be blunt about in the listing. Sorry you felt disappointed/misled and I understand it was your first time on Airbnb. I tried to make it a good stay however based on what you said, it was clear you did not read the listing, the rules or manual, even though though you booked in advance. I do not list the hot-tub in the amenities, even says so in the description. Everything regarding the settings for the fridge down to the cameras and locations are all included in the listing description and manual. Disappointed by the low review, but glad it happened to prevent other guests from not reading the listing and the house manual. I offered you a full refund after your first night however you declined and wanted to stay. Next time I advise you do that, as most hosts aren't lenient like that, especially when it is clearly outlined, Airbnb's policy is in the hosts favor. I am sure after this experience you will get more acquainted with the platform and read your next booking in its entirety! Also don't forget children and "potential" overnight guests are counted as guests and be prepared to have a listing only accommodate as many people as you say are coming when you book. Sorry again, I wish I could have made the stay better but I truly did try my best to be as clear as possible. Thank you for the feedback!
