The apartment is located 3 min. walk from the subway station that takes you in many directions, including city center, Hauptbahnhof, airport (Schönefeld) and S-bahn ring. Building and apartment are barrier-free. There is a nice garden for kids.
It is warm in winter time as we have underfloor heating and has a nice temperature in warm days, as the sealing is high.
It is perfect for families with kids and business travelers who need a good place to work!

Our kitchen in complete, we also have a complete laundry. Kids room have many toys and we also have an extra airbed and extra travel crib.
