Thank you for your review.
We do put a sign up asking that guests do not reduce the temperature below 75. This ensures that on hotter days, the AC system will not freeze up and damage the compressor and leave guests without any AC. Depending on weather conditions, it is usually okay to set the thermostat a bit lower, particularly at night, when it is cooler outside. The AC system is scheduled to be replaced.
I am also surprised that you did not see that there is a charge for heating the pool in the listing as it is evident in all of our listings. Further, it is pretty standard in the vacation rental industry in the Disney area that pool heat is an additional charge. For much of the year, the pool does not need to be heated to enjoy it.
Once again, thank you for taking the time to write this review and it should be helpful for future guests to know that they need to ascertain the pool heat charge before they book any home where they would like to have the pool heated.
