About the issues, it's really unfair everything that you mentioned about the apartment service. What you described was not how things really happend.
You were informed about our colleague delay, we explained you the situation, and we apologize for this one more time.
About cleaning, the apartment was proper cleaned, and our quality controler checked it. As soon as you reported this issue, we contacted our cleaning team, but you didn't want them to go to the apartment.
We also asked you for pictures to prove that things were not ok, but you didn't send us anything.
We were always ready to solve all issues that you reported us, but it seems that they never existed.
