The location is ideal, a few hundred meters from the lively life of Vieux Boucau, and the wild but bewatched in the summer beach of Soustons.

Bedroom 2: 2 beds in 90, cupboard. Bathroom: shower, washbasin, washing machine. Separate toilet. Mezzanine: bed in 140, dresser, armchair, table + 5 chairs. Terrace: garden table + 6 chairs. Capacity: 6 people.
A contribution to charges of €25 per week will be requested between MID-OCTOBER & MID-MAY included, to be paid on arrival.
