Hey Joe, I apologize for the disappointment during your stay. Our AirBnB units are managed by the property and instructions for check in aren't given until the day of check in during check in hours, a message is typically sent out with instructions for those that are checking in after hours.
However, I wish I would of known about the WiFi and TV not working and would of made sure that it was taken care of promptly. As we understand that these types of amenities are essential while on vacation. As for the AC leak and no hot water, there are somethings that are beyond our control unfortunately, but we make sure to service all major equipment (including HVAC units, water heaters, and appliances) before check in to help avoid as many problems as possible. We do make sure that our emergency work order number is given during check in the event a problem were to occur during your stay.
