The Cozy Den is a basement space with its own outside entrance. There are two bedrooms both with comfy queen beds. There is a large living room with lots of seating a HD TV (includes all the big streaming sites) play some retro game cube with the kids and enjoy a fun bunk bed space. The full bathroom offers a shower and tub and each bedroom comes with its own closet spaces. The kitchenet and Dinning room are beautiful and have everything you need for a comfy stay. We look forward to your stay.

Prostor
Our basement space is open and cool in the summer. It has been used for youth activities during the school year and has been updated recently. During your stay you can look forward to a good nights sleep in very comfy beds and plenty of seating for families or friends who want to converse or relax or just watch a movie. The kitchenette has everything you need to have a comfy stay long or short term and plenty of seating for the family.

You will have access to the entire space. the door doing upstairs and the utility room will be locked but there is nothing guests need in those areas.

There is not a full sized stove in the kitchenette but we do have a hot plate and toaster oven. We have been working hard updating our basement and hope you can find it very clean and inviting during your stay with us.

The neighborhood is safe and the people here are very friendly. Ephraim is a small town and you can get basically anywhere on foot or bicycle if you wanted. There is a local park nearby with a splash pad and great restaurants are just a stones throw away.
