Si vous lisez les autre revues de notre maison, on dirait qu'il parle d'une maison totalement différente. J'ai laissé une revue de ce visiteur (en anglais) que voici:
All I can say is it was a little strange. I don't like putting negative reviews but the experience was not positive I'm afraid. I wasn't there personally but Amanda looked after them. She told me when she showed him around that he would walk away as she was explaining things, to inspect the place on his own. He kept insisting the hob didn't work, even after being shown at least twice that it did work fine, arguing with the man who installed it that it didn't work, even though it did, and that he hadn't fitted it right (I have a video of the hob working as it should). More puzzlingly, the front lounge door always worked fine, opening and shutting effortlessly. Since these guests have left, the lock jams and the door cannot be locked. According to Amanda, the handle no longer turns upwards and the key is now immovable in the lock for her as it takes a great deal of strength. Thankfully the next guests were very understanding about that. Amanda also had great difficulty in communicating with him. He would text her constantly about supposed problems (like the hob) but wouldn't return calls when she tried to contact him. Amanda's impression was that it seems like he was looking for problems, wondering around with a little screwdriver. The feeling that I got, after receiving an email from him, what that maybe he was expecting hotel-like service. Despite this, he left the place clean and observed the rules as far as we can tell. But the above makes it hard to recommend them to others.
