Greetings from Bremen.
I'm Birgitt, you are welcome to come and stay with me at my cottage. I enjoy meeting guests from all over the world, and I love travelling too.
I am letting out two small rooms in my house as well as the shared kitchen and the shared bathroom to guests from all over the world. There are three levels in my 400 year-old-house. Your bedroom is situated in the attic and there is an additional room underneath to chill out and to relax.
I look forward to meeting you.
The Schnoor - also called the schnoor quarter owes its name to old maritime crafts. The alleys between the houses were often named after the professions or manufacts of the area. The Schnoor quarter (from the Lower German Schnoor, Snoor = string) - is a medieval quarter in the Old Town. There was an area in which cords and ropes were manufactured (Schnoor = string) and an adjacent area in which wires and anchor chains were manufactured (Low German: wiere = wire). This is where the street name Lange Wieren stems from. However, the colourful houses are not just mock-ups but real homes. One of them is my little cottage.
