A country style Bungalow completely renovated in the last year. Beautiful open kitchen with all new stainless appliances. Lots of natural light. Private driveway and entrance. Has a large Solarium, Dining room, Kitchen, Living room with a fireplace. There is a large backyard and patio with a perennial herb garden and room to run, play, or just relax, get sun and BBQ.

The Bingalow is in the heart of Hicksville and close to everything. It is within minutes of all highways and parkways. The train that can connects you to the airports, NYC, the ferries, subway, Amtrack, is a 10 minute walk or $5 Uber.
The North shore, Gold Coast, is 15 minutes north, and the Jones Beach, and Northwell Theatre are 15 minutes to the south.
If you have a good appetite, there is every kind of food you could desire around here. Indian, Chinese, French, Greek, Italian, Thai, Korean, German, Seafood, Kosher, you name it, its here.
The house itself is located across from an elementary school in a very family friendly neighborhood.
The school provides access to swings, slides, jungle gym, a badkerball court, a soccer field, baseball diamond as well as picnic benchs.

The house is located a hop, skip, and, jump from a lot of attractions. It's located a 10 minute walk to the LIRR which connects to NYC, Airports, Subway, and even ferry's. It's minutes to all major highways. Jones Beach is 15 minutes to the south, and Oyster Bay, Bayville, and Cold Spring Harbor are 15 minutes to the north. At every location, you can swim, fish, and enjoy the beach. Fresh harvested clams in Oyster Bay, the Bayville Scream Park, in Bayville, and the Fish Hatchery in Cold Spring Harbor. Adventureland Amusement Park and White Post Farms are great for the kids, and both nearby. For the golfer, Bethpage Black is right around the corner. Broadway Mall is a 5 minute walk and Roosevelt Field Mall a 10 minute drive. For the fashionista, Miracle Mile, located on Northern Blvd., Manhasset is a 15 minute drive. In walking distance is House of Donut's, where they make homemade donuts and pastries, and Uncle Pete's, Greek restaurant with a great Greek salad.
