A cosy bright apartment, centrally located in Fountain Park with a lovely view over the Union Canal. All the main tourist and festival attractions are within walking distance: the castle, the Royal Mile, National Museum, National Gallery, Princes street and much more.

The apartment is in a fabulous central location right next from Foundain park where you can plenty of cafes, bars, restaurants and plenty of activities (cinema, bowling, casino and trampolines) nearby. The bedroom and living room have a wonderful view of the Union Canal.
The apartment would be an ideal base for a city break, family fun or a romantic getaway as well as the business traveller.
The lounge is bright and airy with a sofa bed and sofa, a small dining table. There is a 50' flat screen smartTV with freeview.
The bedroom has a comfy double bed, wardrobe space, a chest of drawers.
The bathroom has a shower cabin, toilet, washhandbasin and a heated towel rail. Linen and towels are provided with complimentary shampoo and shower gel.
The kitchen is equipped with all you would need if you choose to eat in(no microwave though), with basic foodstuffs like salt and pepper and cooking oil supplied. Coffee, tea, sugar and milk is provided to help you settle in.
A free outdoor gym 💪 is located just across the flat.
There is also a small supermarket just up the street.
There is parking in metered bays close to the apartment which is free from 18.30 each night until 08.30 in the morning and from 18.30 on Saturday night through to 08.00 Monday morning.

Foundainpark is in 50m where you can find lots of options for food, drink and entertainment.There is an outdoor gym across the flat free to use. Also in 250m you can find a rental city bike station if you fancy to explore the city by bike.
