Bonnie Beach Apartment is a private, self contained 2 storey extension to our country home, 3 years ago.
Entry is via your own patio & sliding double glass doors into a large (8m x5m) open plan lounge, dining, kitchenette area with 55" TV on the wall.
Upstairs is a large queen bedroom, with a 38" TV on the wall, a large ensuite with twin vanities, and a walk-in robe.
Enjoy the tranquil setting, the views of the Tamar River and beautiful gardens of the home.

Bonnie Beach Apartment is superbly sited in the best part of the Tamar Valley, on the western bank of the Tamar River, near the Batman Bridge, central to the magnificent wine region (15 wineries within 15 kms).
It is close to Exeter, Beaconsfield and Beauty Point with all their attractions, and great eateries, cafes, bakeries, and country pubs - all with great fare.
Also nearby, the Triple Treat - the interesting, exciting & entertaining "Beaconsfield Mining & Cultural Museum", "Platypus House" & "Sea Horse World and Southern Ocean Aquarium" can take up a good part of a day.
The aparment is also only 30 minutes from Launceston, and it's many attractions.
We can also be pet friendly, as a friendly, elderly, deaf female dog, who has "right of way" over all, resides on the property.
Parking is reserved for you within a few metres of your door in a carport under the house deck, with other parking also available .

Guest access is via 300 metres of small gravel road, Bonnie Beach Rd., then up the bitumen driveway, into their own reserved carport parking spot, then just a few metres to your own patio for your own private entry via double sliding glass doors into the fully insulated and double glazed apartment, on the southern side of the house.
You will have access to the whole property, almost one acre of garden both in front of and behind the building, with beautiful views from all areas, direct River access across the small Bonnie Beach Rd and the quaint Bonnie Beach and it's pontoon just 200 metres away.
Please come and experience our beautiful part of our beautiful island of Tasmania.

We can be pet friendly, but please advise, - there is a friendly, elderly, deaf, female dog ( who has "right of way" over all ) who resides on the property.
Friendly neighbours, bird life and wildlife abound, but we do close the front gates at dark, in an an endeavour to keep the wallabies from eating the garden, they seem to enjoy the best plants.
Quiet, peaceful area, great safe walks.
Direct River access across the small road.
Small beach, with a pontoon for boating or fishing, just 200 metres away.

Kayena is a great neighbourhood, -peaceful, quiet, serene, private, - usually local traffic only, - one road in and out, the apartment is midst a beautiful garden of about one acre, with river and long distance farmland views, plus a great 2km safe "walk around the block", or a shorter "walk around the point", with a parthway and pontoon along the river bank.- and 6 very good wineries, their cellar doors and cafes, and the Lavender House, within 6 kms. - what a great place to spend a day or three.
