Along with the two bedrooms, you will have access to the community amities such as pool, fitness room, and local trial. With a great location in College Station it is a quick drive away to local restaurants, bars, and Texas A&M events.

- closet/drawer space
- full length mirror
- bathroom kit (including shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, and other necessities you may have forgot at home)
- cozy pillows & blankets
Along with the bedrooms guest will have access to other things in the house. Such as a full size kitchen equipped with cookware, dinnerware, and silverware. As well as a cute coffee station. Along with a dinning and bar area to sit and have a meal. Living room with TV capable of watching Netflix, DVD’s, and cable.
*Please note - children under the age of 5 and still in diapers will be charged an addition $50 cleaning fee*

College Station is a great place to experience some Aggie sporting events! But there is other things to enjoy when the game isn’t going on. Included in your room there is a list of my favorite local restaurants to indulge in. Along with local shopping, and activities.
Included in the apartment complex there is still so much to do. With your stay you have access to a newly renovated pool, fitness center, and walking trail.
