Beautifully furnished, expansive, 4BR 2.5BA house with backyard pool oasis . This two story home sleeps up to 14 guests and includes 1 california king bed ,3 queen beds,1 full bed, 1 queen size pull out couch & 1 queen size blowup bed. Newly added hammock , fire pit , umbrella and corn hole set.Mins from shops , restaurants and grocery stores. 5 min drive to Surprise Stadium home of the Royals & Rangers.13 Mins drive to Westgate Entertainment district.15 mins from hiking at White Tank Mountain.

Centrally located to stadiums, raceways, restaurants , mountains , zoos and more. You will have plenty to do while your not hanging out in our spacious home - relaxing by the pool or enjoying a family meal.

If you are planning on bringing a pet please arrange that with us ahead of time and pay the $100 pet fee prior to check in , pets can be 40 pounds or under and you must take care of cleaning up after your pets bathroom waste- failure to do so may result in an additional fee. We allow events at our house but this MUST be arranged prior to check in or additional fees may apply.
