Watch the whales and dolphins from the deck. The family friendly waters of Pilot beach, Dunbogan boat ramp, river and local park are just a short 5 minute drive. Shops, cafes, restaurants, cinema and club are 7 min. drive and Port Macquarie 40 min. drive Airco, fans, smart TV, free WIFI, dryer.

LOCATION
Breathtaking views. The home is located in the gated Timbarra Estate with communal tennis court and private beach access.

LAYOUT AND BEDDING
Ground level comprises the large living and dining area, kitchen, three bedrooms all with ensuite, laundry and washroom. Access to outdoor decks.
Upstairs features a parents retreat with ensuite and outdoor deck with mesmerising ocean views throughout.
The kitchen has a gas stove, large fridge, and Nespresso coffee machine. An extra (drinks) fridge is provided in the garage.

PARKING
Double garage and plenty of driveway parking for boats and vans.

SORRY NO PETS
Pets are not allowed due to Timbarra estate rules. We have plenty of other properties that are pet friendly, just chat to us about your needs or filter on 'pet friendly'.

OTHER
We cater to families and adhere a strict no party policy. Quiet times 10pm-7am. Not suitable to large (young) adult groups, hens or bucks, schoolies and student groups.

Hi! i am Susan de Jonge and moved from Sydney to the Port Macquarie area in 2014 after falling in love with the area and a local man. I started my own holiday acommodation business along the Port Macquarie coastline called mySOLscape (escape to the sun) so guests can discover and enjoy the area too! I live in the beautiful coastal town of Bonny Hills just south of Port. I have traveled the world and lived in Europe, USA and China and have made Australia my home now, my roots are Dutch. I spent 7 years in Sydney working in the professional service industry and was commuting back and forth between Port Macquarie and Sydney for the past years. Bonny Hills was and will always be my city escape with a permanent holiday feel, you can't beat nature around here, you will find unspoiled and uncrowded beaches, with city conveniences still nearby (Port Macquarie 20-25 min drive). I am trying to keep fit on the trails and beaches, love bush adventures and scuba diving. I also like cooking fresh food, guests can treat themselves to the herbs and veggies in the garden of certain properties. My mantra: if you don't go, you don't see. Why; why not?
