This is a second floor two bedroom two bath ski-in, ski-out condo in building 6. The living room offers a 50 inch flat screen TV DVD player and wood burning fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with new; oven, fridge, and over the range microwave, many accessories, and new countertops. There is seating for 4 in the dining area with additional seating available at the bar. The master bedroom offers a 24 inch flat screen TV w/ built in DVD player and queen size bed. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds and a 32" TV. The unit does not have a sofa bed BUT does have a very nice twin raised air bed to sleep 1 more! A new clubhouse is under construction and will be available soon. It will have an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, & fitness room. The property also has tennis courts and outdoor grilling areas.
