Další věci, které stojí za zmínku
Two double beds, one single and a couch turned very comfy double bed!
Big outdoor wood fired BBQ!
Please note for long stay guests that we are not on town water and therefore rely on tank water! If the tanks run dry the cost is $120 to refill them which will be up to the guest to pay. This is to encourage water conservation and so we can keep our long stay rates nice and low.
We are pet friendly!
Check in is after 1pm and checkout 11am.
The house runs on tank water only so please be careful about water usage. For long stay guests (over one week) refills of the water tank are $120 and can be organized through myself or through cygnet water on (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN).
There is a delonghi nespresso coffee machine at the house if you would like to take pods down with you to use.
Please be careful driving down the driveway if it has rained recently, it is only a dirt driveway and in the rain can get very mushy! 4WDs and heavy cars will get bogged. So we please ask you to park above the gate and walk down, especially if it has been raining, but we would recommend doing this ALL the time... It's what we do when we stay! If you do drive all the way down and get bogged we may need to ask you to reimburse us the cost of repairing the driveway (usually about $200/250). This has happened several times this year.
Randalls Bay is a tranquil relaxing place, a perfect place to recharge. There are no shops close by so we recommend stocking up on essentials before you come down. In Hobart our favourite places for tasty morsels is the Wursthaus in Salamanca for all your meats, cheese, dips and wines, Hill St Grocer or Salamanca Fruit and Vege market for all your vegetable needs.
Closer by on the drive down is our favourite store "Oyster Cove General Store" at 2701 Channel Hwy, Oyster Cove TAS 7150, Australia, +(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). This has a beautiful selection of local goods; fruits, vegies, meat, cheese and wine as well as the local newsletter.
If you run out of supplies during your stay Cygnet or Huonville are the best places to stock up!
We often have back to back bookings and thus do not get to fully check out the house between stays (apart from cleaning of course!) so if you notice anything damaged or missing or anything that needs repair please let me know so that I can organise its repair ASAP.
Also if there are any issues or questions please do not hesitate to contact me on (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). I work full time and will sometimes be in appointments so I always aim to return phone calls within the hour. If you are having trouble getting hold of me please call (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) and speak to Paul.
