Rent a furnished, private room in our home. Quiet and comfortable, with high speed internet, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, a relaxing living room and lovely deck and garden for your use. Close to Stadium and near the bus route. We specialize in longer term stays (minimum one month) and welcome international guests.
Prostor
You will have your own clean and comfortable room. It is furnished with a twin sized bed, bedside table, lamp, desk, ergonomic desk chair and built in shelves. There is a closet and dresser for your clothing. On the ceiling there is a fan which has an overhead light. The room is entirely yours and is free from owner belongings other than the furniture mentioned and a couple tasteful framed prints on the wall (which can be removed if you'd like).

You will be sharing the bathroom. It is located just outside the bedroom door. You are free to use the fully equipped kitchen to cook or bake as you'd like. There is a stove, dishwasher, oven and refrigerator, toaster oven and microwave. There is also a full selection of pots, pans, utensils and spices. The kitchen has a table where you can eat your meals while looking out on the back garden. The dining area has a larger table that can seat up to eight people. The well lit living room has a couch and three comfortable chairs. A great place to read, work or relax. Linens, towels and blankets are provided. You will have access to the washer and dryer in the basement laundry room.

We live in a quiet, safe, residential neighborhood with very little traffic. The homes are primarily single story ranches and most have lovely landscaping and gardens. There is plenty of on street parking at all times.
