GREAT LOCATION. Small 1-room studio in historic building w/2 other units, part of a permitted B&B. Quiet neighborhood. Walk to 50+ downtown Napa restaurants & 24 wine tasting rooms!
Breakfast is included. Parking. Free wifi Available. Complimentary wine reception daily. Concierge services available.
This is a small 1-room studio apt with a bathroom in a beautifully restored historic building with plaster walls, slate floors and solid wood accents, part of a permitted Napa B&B.
Please note this is a SMALL room-- just enough space for a bed and a flat screen TV! Oh, and a cute little gas fireplace in the corner. Small closet for your things. But NO KITCHEN of any kind. Just a bedroom and bathroom. Max 2 people.
The apt building has a common area with a solid oak dining table, slate floors, and a teeny tiny fridge and microwave oven for all tenants to use. Since this space is used by all tenants, you need to be clean and tidy! Also quiet, as the other tenants can hear you when you're in the common dining area.
Please note: An additional $100 cleaning fee is assessed if you leave the common area dirty.
There is a 2 night minimum stay for Friday and Saturday nights and for Sundays where there is a Monday holiday.
For most other days, Sunday through Thursday requires just a one night stay.

Guests have access to the entire apartment building--we do not live there, so there are no personal items in it.
There is a wonderful library (see photos), dining table, and a lovely sitting area, for use by you and the other 2 tenants.
This building was built in 1910, and completely restored/updated (all new plumbing/electrical/air conditioning) in 2009.

Další věci, které stojí za zmínku
This apartment is located on the Hotel Napa Valley campus, so there are other travelers around and a communal firepit nearby. AirBnB renters pay less for this apartment because they do NOT have breakfast or daily cleaning service (available for extra $$ if you want).
Napa is a great small town, a bit like Mayberry, RFD (the old Andy Griffith TV show). Locals walk the streets at night, and there is some car traffic, but it's not super busy or loud (though you will hear cars drive by, occasionally, because this is downtown).
This is a residential neighborhood, so quiet hours run from 10:30 pm to 8 am daily. The Napa Police Department strictly enforces this quiet time, and does not hesitate to lock up people who are making noise after 10:30 pm. Please respect our neighbors and other guests. We appreciate your kindness in this regard. : )
Please note that Friday and Saturday nights require a TWO NIGHT MINIMUM STAY. Sorry the "Availability" below says otherwise-- we can't figure out how to change it!

Top Five things we can't live without:
1. People. We love to meet new folks, and share our little corner of the world with them. We're happy to share anything we know, if we can-- our favorite places to eat, hike, bike, taste wine, or just go for a relaxing spa day. It's all good!
2. Great food. We are foodies, plain and simple. From street food (Napa has incredible food trucks) to dinner at Morimoto or The French Laundry, we love it all. And we love to share this with folks who stay with us. Each week brings new surprises in this culinary city.
3. Great weather. We love sunshine, and Napa has a lot of it. It pretty much doesn't rain at all from May all the way through the beginning November. We have hot, sunny days (70s-90s mostly), but it's DRY heat, so much easier to enjoy the outdoors without feeling like you're in a steamy jungle. Since we're so close to the San Francisco Bay, we get cool breezes most every night, even during the hottest days. And *that* is when we get high humidity-- at night, when it's cool! Makes for amazing sleeping weather. Mmmmmmm..... : )
4. Relax. We love to sit back and relax, enjoying the great weather, food, and people. Put them all together and you have a perfect combination.
5.. Enjoy the Ride. We love to say: Life is a Journey, not a Destination. We are all about enjoying life, and we love to share this with you.
We'd love to have you come stay with us!
