Hi Stephanie, I'm so sorry to hear about the bathroom issue, in fact we were not aware of it at all. We would certainly have had our on-site team come deal with it immediately. Possibly you contacted our check in person and he only takes care of check ins. It is always best to come back through the Airbnb portal to communicate any issues or the number available her on site for any issues. Unfortunately, we were not made aware of it until the next guest informed us. I hope you will consider us again though for all the other positives that you mentioned.
