Rooms 1930s Cottage, reliable Internet walk CBD
I am able to offer comfortably furnished rooms for short or longer stays: either a small bedroom with single bed or larger room with queen bed. Both have comfy beds, bedding, robe, floor mats, table and lamp etc. The 1930s Cottage is renovated, situated in a pretty tree lined street, 15 mins walk to Queens Park, all conveniences & CBD. 2 cats live here & there is a covered deck overlooking the private back garden. At least 24 hours notice needs to be provided to enable me to clean the house.

There are a few house rules:
Kindly leave the shared facilities tidy and the kitchen clean after you prepare meals.
There is a 'No Smoking' policy in the house and also in the front & back gardens.
Please be considerate to others particularly between the hours of 11.00 pm and 9.00 am. Please dispose of your rubbish each day, recycling whenever possible.
Finally please close all windows & lock up if you are the last to leave.
