We have 3 dining areas (1 outside), 2 living rooms and a "bunkhouse" with a TV to send the kids up to play! The house is fully stocked with bath & beach towels plus everything you need in the kitchen. Plus...cornhole, 2 stand up paddleboards, 2 kayaks, 2 canoes, a row boat and a splash pad! An amazing family friendly lakefront home on Higgins Lake-3 bedrooms and 2 full bath in the main house (sleeps 10), along with guest cottage (full bath & kitchenette). The guest cottage (sleeps 2), is SEASONAL and open May 1st-October 15th. 75 feet of lakefront awaits you + a sandy beach. HUGE deck: pergola & outdoor couches + tons of seating. Traeger grill. Kayaks (2-adult, 2-kid), SUP, and pedal boat; Connect 4, cornhole, croquet, fire pit for bonfires. Shuffleboard + infinity game table.
