Our home & 4 yr old fully self-contained cottage is on a 0.9 hectare (2.3 acre) "lifestyle" property in the country but is only 5 mins drive from the University and 4 local schools, our local supermarket, post office and food outlets. We are also 15 mins drive from Hamilton central business district (CBD), the Hospital and Wintec in one direction and the Airport in the other direction. We do NOT charge separate cleaning fees (NB when comparing), offer a 25% discount for 1 week, 35% per month.

Located at the top of hill it is very tranquil environment, perfect after a busy day. If you listen closely you might even hear the lovely sounds of the local Tui.

Beautiful hideaway, amazing views over the Waikato river and farmland. A few minutes drive to the supermarket, Mystery Creek( Field days)Velodrome, and Hamilton City. Punnet cafe and a local 4 square ( convenience store) are walking distance, located directly on Te Awa river ride which is also a great walking path! This cottage has everything you need, including a full kitchen with dish drawer and oven, a washing machine and heat pump/Air con. All linen provided.

A great location near Waikato Hospital, Hamilton Lake, Hamilton Gardens and the city centre. Green Valley Cabin overlooks a gully with nature right on your doorstep. You may even be greeted by our delightful and friendly one-eyed cat, Winky. This is a self-contained unit with a toilet and shower. Please note no kitchen or cooking facilities, however, there is a fridge and microwave.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located city haven. Everything you need is at your finger tips (or at least within a short walk). Less than 500m to Waikato Hospital and Hamilton Lake.
