“Experience a true legend; the only one in the Caribbean - the British Airways G-BOAE Concorde affectionately known as Alpha Echo. Your tour is for an approximate 45 minutes to 1 hour which includes an awe-inspiring presentation titled "Engineered for Speed" and being able to board the aircraft where they watch another presentation onboard of the in-flight experience of Concorde. Your tour guide takes you around the facility and provides you with all of the relative facts and historic features on the Alpha Echo Concorde. If you are at the airport you can take a brief walk across to the taxi stand area and enter through the side gate for easier access to the facility from there. There is no au”

“The only surviving , still-intact and still working windmill in the country. Very interesting history/story and a little cafe on site. Depending on the time of the year, you may also get to see it actually in action. Lovely scenic drive to get there as well. barbadosnationaltrust.org/project/morganlewis/”

“Art gallery and café. Karlene's almond cake was out of this world. The art pieces on sale are of a high standard yet reasonable priced. We regularly purchase gifts from the gallery for our guests.”

“Springvale Eco-Heritage Museum is a treasure tucked away in the Barbados countryside in the northern Scotland District. Entering the museum at Springvale is like taking a step back in time. You will be immersed in a world of yesteryear surrounded by antique furniture and old-time cooking and household utensils. You can just imagine the washerwomen up to their elbows in soapy water using the local 'juking board' while the iron sits over the coals getting warmed up! Contrast that with the luxury of a mahogany-laden living area complete with comfortable planters chairs. In fact, the number of pieces of mahogany in a house was a sign of the wealth of the homeowner!”
