Great place. Very clean. The hosts were very prepared for guests. Extra sheets and towels galore. Toiletries available. Everything was very well organized. They even stocked the fridge with some basic necessities.

The house is GORGEOUS!!! Better than pictures. Beds very comfortable. Very CLEAN HOUSE ( I own a cleaning business so I am very picky) Equipped with all you need, from towels to laundry detergent. Great place to stay! We were visiting for Easter weekend, for a family reunion. Virginia welcomed us and gave us a tour around the house. We enjoyed so much our stay, the property is exactly like you see in the photos. It has everything you need to make yourself at home. Everything was super clean and comfortable, the area is very quite. Looking forward to our next visit to Palm Bay. We will definitely book Virginia's place again.

We absolutely loved this house! It is soo cute!! We had a girls beach weekend and the location was perfect. Having the three bedrooms and loft was really nice to accommodate everyone comfortably. We had an amazing day at the public beach only 5 minutes away. And we were able to enjoy delicious dinners and the night life within 15-20 minutes of the house. We will absolutely be coming back to stay here again!! Thank you Sheila, we seriously loved your home!!

Sheila was an absolute delight to work with. She was available immediately for anything we needed. The house was amazing. Quiet neighborhood. A short walk from a great, not over crowded beach. A great deal, an incredible vacation.

Although we never met Sheila, she was always available through phone and even offered to come to the house if we needed her (there was no need for this) any questions I had she answered them within one minute. The house was clean and exactly like the pictures. Sheila thought of every detail to have available for her guests. Everything you can think of in the kitchen from salt/pepper and condiments to all size pans and even baking sheets and aluminum foil. All rooms where cleans and neatly kept. The mattresses were perfect not too soft not too hard just comfortable. The beach is two blocks away from the house, and the pool was clean and warm. A gas station and the super market was conveniently located about 2 miles from the house. And there are many restaurants on the main street. Overall our experience at Sheila's at house was great and we will love to come back again in the future.

My family and I really enjoyed this property. We loved that it is walking distance from the beach. The house is spacious and the pool was clean and refreshing. The Publix is conveniently located, but closes early, so prepare yourself with groceries. There was more than enough room for us and our children. The only drawbacks are that its hard to find pizza delivery due to the location and if you have small children, the spiral staircases can be hazardous, but it wasn't a problem for us. We were very comfortable throughout our stay and I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

Sheila was absolutely amazing and her home was beautiful, clean, and inviting. It was the perfect space for our family trip. Her responses are immediate and she took the time to make sure we were settled and didn't need anything upon arrival. Definitely a great host and a fantastic spot for a beach trip with the feeling of being home.

First I'd like to say that the house is beautiful. Plenty of room and very nicely decorated. Sheila was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Whenever I needed a question answered, she responded immediately. I asked to stay an extra day and luckily it was available and she helped me with the booking. I am greatly appreciative of that. Pedro was very prompt in meeting me as scheduled. We did a walk through and he explained how every thing works. He was very courteous and insisted I call him immediately if we needed anything at all. He even gave tips about local eateries. The neighborhood was very quiet and easy to find. I would definitely stay here or another of his units again.

Terry was so accommodating and helpful. The house was comfortable and fully equipped to meet our needs. Terry had decorated the house for Christmas including poinsettias and a Christmas tree. The twinkle lights in the palm trees were so pretty. The beach is just a short walk away and we enjoyed gathering seashells each morning. We decided to try airbnb to fins a place to stay while our house is being remodeled. We found and awesome beach rental and have had a great experience. Our owner has been responsive to our needs and has been very kind to us. This property is close to both the beach and Indian river and we have really enjoyed our time here. I would highly recommend this property to anyone that would like the old school tropical Florida hideaway feel this house is neatly tucked away in a beautiful canopy of lush native tropical landscaping and has a beautiful black bottom in ground pool with waterfall. We are truly going to miss our tropical hide away when we move back home.

We had a wonderful extended weekend with our children and grandchildren at the Tropical Hideaway. The bedrooms were spacious and the upstairs den/bedroom was perfect for our single sons. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the beach access was great....beautiful beach with few other people there. There is an awesome playground on the river side just across the street for the little ones. We had an initial issue with the ice maker and Terry was over immediately to fix it and bring a bag of ice until it was making enough ice again. He was also very responsive to any requests or questions we had.

Beautiful surrounding scenery, safe and peaceful neighborhood, people were friendly. Loved the bike ride to the beach, beach is clean and almost private. Also caught a glimpse of a manatee in the river. Overall wonderful experience, we absolutely loved it, it truly is a tropical hideaway and made our vacation awesome. Pool and hot tub were definitely the stars of my trip. I stayed in the home by myself, but I would definitely return with my whole family to take full advantage of all the amenities the home has to offer. There was a very minor issue on the first day, but Terry literally rushed over to take care of everything while I was out for the day, so I wasn't inconvenienced in any way. This home is the ultimate in privacy. Whether you're inside or outside, you feel surrounded by a lush jungle. You're able to see anyone approach while being virtually invisible to the street and neighbors. In addition to the inground pool and hot tub outside there is a large jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom. In short, this home and host is a real winning find. Excellent space and amenities, unmatched privacy, and a host willing to do anything to ensure an amazing experience. (He even put chocolates on all of the beds for guests and provided some complimentary items and a bottle of wine.) just stay here. It's that simple.

This house really was a tropical hideaway. Location was perfect, short walk to beach and river access was super close. Had a great family vacation for Christmas. It was nice to have the home decorated for the holiday. There were some issues with the rental and we recommended some updating and deep cleaning to improve the rental. The owner, Terry, was open to the feedback and very responsive and accommodating to our questions and requests throughout our stay. Would recommend this rental in the future for the right family.

This was a great time staying couple of weeks at Natalie's place. First of - its huge. You have everything you need there. The place is very quite. The feeling is more like you at home rather a vacation house. If you want to go swimming, make sure you have a car. its about 25 min driving to the ocean beach. We had only positive feelings about the place.

As Paul said his place is older but it is clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the pool and having access to the private beach. Paul is a very responsive host responding to even the smallest inquiry. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Best Trip Ever. We had a great week in Paul's vacation home in Floridana Beach. We did a ton of cooking, only eating out twice during our stay and we found the kitchen to be well equipped and perfect for family meal preparation. The local Publix was very well-stocked, if a bit pricey but I guess you are paying for the convenience. The neighborhood is in one of the nicest parts of Brevard County in my opinion, a short ride down to Sebastian Inlet, with many public beach access parks along the way. We got good waves almost every day right up the street, with long rights and lefts on lower tides. The house comes with bikes, boards, beach chairs and all manner of goodies to use. There was even a small Christmas tree! The swimming pool is fantastic. On the only rainy day we had I sat under the porch roof by the pool and read a book and could not have been more comfortable. Our host Paul was thoughtful, available, and easy to deal with.

We thoroughly enjoyed the clean and spacious house and pool which had all the amenities we needed and more. A friendly safe neighborhood and pleasant walk to the ocean were inviting -- not to mention lovely empty beaches, dunes, even dolphins. We'd love to return.

Host ( Paul) was great to work with and responded quickly to any questions. Home is as described , spacious and comfortable.The kitchen is well equipped so easy to cook for yourself. Pool is lovely although we were not so lucky with the weather and it was to cool to swim. Short easy walk to the beach. Liked the old downtown area of Melbourne which is about a 25 min drive. Publix supermarket is only 10 mins down the road and if you want a workout next door is a gym with exercise classes. We had a great week in this home.

This was a quaint little house in a quaint little neighborhood. The house is a bit "retro", but I found it very much to my liking. The neighbors were quite friendly! The bed was very comfortable, and it was a fun plus to be able to watch Netflix!

The place is wonderful. Well equipped with a tv which had Netflix! There was a computer for usage as well. Room, sheets, bathroom, kitchen, and all amenities were clean and fully functional. Rich is an extremely helpful and friendly guy. His presence made the stay truly delightful. If I'm ever in Sebastian again, I know that I'll be staying with Rich.

Rich was a very hospitable host, very accommodating. His place is not the newest in town, but is relatively well-maintained; in a quiet community with no loud traffic nearby. A private bathroom was a plus.

This is a lovely option for anyone wanting to really get away from the crowds and enjoy some downtime on the beach. The apartment is exactly as described and immaculate. Sylvia is a lovely hostess and we so appreciated her hospitality. I would recommend this place for sure.

Great sleepy place to getaway and enjoy the beach.

This is a great vacation home. Sylvia and Fritz are very organized and provided us amentities way above expectation! They provided beach chair, towels, plenty of bathroom towels, all sorts of pillow of your choice. Even though we only get the 2nd floor to our own, privavy is not an issue at all. 2minutes walk to the beach. The only thing we hope was the restaurants choices would be a little closer. Although. There are plenty within 20-30minures drive. High recommended for a relaxing quiet vacation.

We were extremely happy with our stay. Everything was just what we wanted. The house was just perfect. We are already thinking of coming back next year.

Had a great time at Sylvia and Fritz's lovely home. The location was a perfect base for our visits to Kennedy Space Center and other local attractions before heading off on a cruise. Sylvia greeted us upon arrival and, after giving us a full tour, left us to our own devices. She followed up the next day (via text) to ensure we were doing good and gave us some additional local tips. Great stuff. The house is the entire upper floor, with laundry room downstairs. Although next to the road, noise is minimal and made it quick to get places by car, or by foot to the local beach across the street. Additionally, the house was modern, well-thought out, with two en-suite masters, good-sized living room and BBQ outside. The cherry on the proverbial cake was free, high-speed, internet access. We had a great time, and Sylvia and Fritz were both gracious, courteous and thoughtful hosts. If we're in the area again we would love to stay here again.

Sylvia was a fantastic host, making us feel welcome and available to answer any questions, but giving us our privacy. Their home was beautiful, spacious and clean. We had everything we needed for our 8 day visit. We especially enjoyed the private beach just a 3 minute walk away. We used both the front and back decks, to maximize outdoor time. Our bed was very comfortable which is important due to back issues. The home was accurated described and presented on Airbnb. We enjoyed our stay very much. The place was clean, modern, comfortable and a great design layout. The kitchen was easy to cook-in and an ideal location, about a 40 yard walk to the beach and a kool restaurant on-the- beach with great food, drinks and live entertainment. The garage was well equipped with beach equipment, bikes, a grill, etc... Tom was very responsive, flexible and a great host. We felt this was a phenomenal value for the price. Highly recommended!

Our week long stay here has provided my family with a lifetime of memories! What a beautiful and relaxing way to end our summer! My kids spent their days surfing and the location was perfect for any age. There is a great restaurant/bar right on the beach as well. One day I actually had to duck while people were landing from sky diving! The communications with our hosts were immediate and they were very kind. The home has very loving touches and you can tell much hard work has been invested. Even the neighbors were friendly! I recommend this home for a family looking for a beachy getaway.

We went to the Kennedy Space center which was not that far away. We also went to Disney World which was about an hour and a half not too bad and we spent all day there. I hesitate to write how wonderful this was as I want it to be available for us next year. You will not be disappointed if you stay at this house. The beach is beautiful and quiet. We went at the height of spring break, and each day there was maybe a handful of people on the beach in front of different locations. In the area by this house it was always just the two of us. Private and fun! Great layout for a single family, or couples traveling together. Very well kept. Just a beautiful home and location. We'll be back!

We had such a great time! We fell in love with Melbourne Beach. This house has such a great view, big deck and (URL HIDDEN) was a great family vacation. We will definitely come back.

Perfect place to relax and enjoy the gorgeous Melbourne beach! We saw tons of sea turtles at night throughout our stay and enjoyed fishing right in the "back yard". The home is conveniently located about 5 minutes from Publix and a shopping center and some really great restaurants. Jean was a great host and always got back to me very quickly. Julie communicated often on the days preceding our arrival. She provided excellent directions to her home and made herself available to us via phone if we needed. Everything in the house was exactly as described. We had a lovely time and enjoyed immensely our ability to walk out the back door on to the enormous deck and down to the beach. The sounds of the waves at night were absolutely soothing. Great place to stay!!

I arrived ahead my family, the host greeted me and gave me a tour of the home. The home was just as described, beautiful home right on the beach. This is a great spot, it is not too far from town but your really have the beach to yourself. The deck is spacious and perfect for watching the sunrise. The home came with beach towels and chairs. The two bedrooms upstairs and suite/apartment feel of the downstairs was perfect for us.

Pam was easy to work with and we also met the owner, Ava, who was friendly and helpful. She shared some local spots to take our kids. This house was great for our family of 5-2 adults and 3 kids (6,4, and almost 2). It is right on the ocean and we had the special opportunity to watch sea turtles nest each night! There is an outdoor shower, so you can get the sand off when you come off the beach. Washer/dryer was great to have w/ the kids. The house was clean and well equipped. Would def stay here again, just wish it wasn't such a long drive for us!

This was a perfect vacation spot for us! The turtles were nesting every evening on the beach in front of the house and a gentle manatee swam in the surf right behind my family. The beds were quite comfortable and the home included nearly everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen and bathrooms were also both recently beautifully renovated. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

I've heard many horror stories about renting a home site unseen but not with this home. The agent Pam was great on answering my questions. When we arrived we found the home clean and ready for our stay. The owners even left a gift basket of goodies on the bar for our enjoyment. You can't ask for a more scenic sunrise view. The oceanwaves can be heard in the master bedroom at night. I can't say enough about our stay. You will not be disappointed if you decide to stay.
