The place is great and Haydee made everything very easy. The space itself is even more charming than the pictures let on and the proximity to Krankies seals the deal. Would definitely stay again.

This is a great place -- especially if you love coffee! The bed is super comfy with extra pillows and blankets; the tv has various streaming apps, and there is a beautiful bathroom with a giant soaking tub. Definitely a great place to stay if you are looking to explore downtown and the arts district.

I had a wonderful stay at Haydee's loft. I am new to Winston-Salem and I stayed here while apartment hunting. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect location. Parking was easy and it was a quick walk to everything downtown. The coffee shop downstairs is lovely, friendly and super-convenient. The apartment is even nicer than the photos! It has clearly been renovated and decorated thoughtfully and caringly. I felt a little bit like I was living in a design magazine. The place definitely has a warm, tranquil vibe. I would recommend it to anyone. Haydee was super helpful and accommodating and was a great host.

Great place downtown!!!

We would highly recommend staying here. The unit is located inside the old R.J. Reynolds HQ located in downtown Winston-Salem. This building is what inspired the Empire State building. However, the building may be old, but everything inside is new and very much up to date. As far as amenities, there's, a basketball court, bowling alley, pool table, ping-pong table, roof top deck, restaurant and bar all available for the guest to use. The unit is very clean and feels as though is was recently remodeled. You are within blocks of all the downtown bars and restaurants. So, between the hotel itself and the proximity to downtown this unit is a great spot when visiting Winston-Salem Also, the communication with Rico and his brother Paul was fantastic. They made the check in process super easy and even pointed us in the direction of great brunch spot. We'll definitely be staying here the next time we're in town.

The apartment is breathtaking! Very close to all of the hotspots, right in the heart of urban downtown Winston-Salem. I highly recommend this unit to any lively couple, or simply ones just in need of a great getaway

The pictures do not do justice to the location and the picture of the cityscape is actually the view you get from the windows. It was amazingly spacious, packed with water and toiletries in case you forgot any. This has been by far the best Air BnB experience I have ever had. Very little noise, great ambience, peaceful and spacious. I would highly recommend.

The apartment exceeded my expectations. It is very spacious, you could easily accommodate a family of 6 comfortably if there were additional beds. The bed is also extremely comfortable. The bedroom, living room, kitchen/dining area, and huge game room could easily be in excess of a 1000 square feet. The fridge was stocked with water, soft drinks, and coffee and breakfast foods were provided as well. The hosts, Kathy and Chris were most gracious and invited me to share in a piece of Kathy's dulce leche birthday cheesecake the night I arrived. You could not ask for nicer people. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely. Restaurants, grocery stores and shopping are nearby. You also cannot beat the price which is more than reasonable.

Our stay with Kathy was a great experience. She is so welcoming and kind. Very informative of the area. The suite was so beautiful, comfortable and immaculate! I'm hopeful we might be able to stay again when we come back to Greensboro to visit our daughter.

We completely loved staying in Haydee's apartment. She met us in the parking lot and led us up to her place in the hip artist's loft. The apartment was spacious and decorated with a hip artistic flair. The bed was super comfortable. A quick walk down the stairs (but staying in the same building) led to an awesome coffee shop named Krankies. Krankies has drinks and food until 10pm every night. Occasionally there's live music and they roast coffee beans on site. This apartment is conveniently located in downtown Winston Salem. We highly recommend staying here!

Haydee's place is unique and well-priced for the location... and she is a delightful person! The bed is comfortable, the bathroom makes you feel as though you're staying in a forest bungalow and the kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need. Would stay here again in heartbeat.

Staying at Dorle and Steve's place was our first Airbnb. It was completely lovely! My daughter and I came to Greenboro for a concert and a get away for her 18th birthday. The little apartment was cozy, comfortable, and so pretty. Everything was clean and as described. Dorle and Steve were wonderful hosts. When we checked in, Dorle had two amazing cupcakes (from the famous Maxie B's) waiting for us for my daughter's birthday. I highly recommend staying with Dorle and Steve.

Wow what a great oasis in Greensboro. We were in Greensboro for the National Folk Festival and we couldn't have asked for a nicer, convenient, or more tastefully designed spot. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed meeting Dorle and Steve and their family. Highly recommend this spot.

All I can say is I had best AirBNB experience thanks to Jerome & Antoinette. Their home is extremely charming and has luxurious, modern upgrades. They've thought of everything to cover those small things you may happen to forget while on travel i.e., umbrellas, shower caps, toothbrushes. If you enjoy and prefer to stay in and cook -- the kitchen beautiful and well equipped. The bed is amazing. There are plenty of viewing options on the TV. The location is convenient to EVERYTHING. Jerome & Antoinette even gave my boyfriend and I gift of champagne in the refrigerator, as we were celebrating his birthday. This couple is very kind and accommodating and I truly appreciated their hospitality. I hope make their unit my home away from home when I'm in Winston Salem. Jerome made sure our first airbnb experience was as easy and comfortable as possible. Check in was so smooth and painless. This entire trip Jerome was quick to respond with any questions and even checked in on us to make sure everything was going smoothly all while not hovering or bothering us the entirety of our visit. Couldn't be happier with the apartment either, quiet and comfortable is probably the easiest way to describe it. Comfortable bed, equipped kitchen and a big living room with tons of viewing options on the TV. Definitely staying again if vacancy aligns with travel.

This was easily my favorite rental since joining the AirBNB community. Check-in was made very easy with the keypad locking devices, and we walked into a very fresh smelling apartment with some gentle music playing from the Alexa - such a nice start to our weekend. The apartment itself was decorated with class and style and really felt like a home away from home, which was located on a quiet little street in a nice neighborhood of Winston-Salem. Also, we left some clothes in the drawer we realized after leaving, and Jerome & Antoinette graciously got it off in the mail to us the very next morning! If I could give them 6 stars - I would!

Awesome place! Great communication by Jerome and Antoinette; they made the check in process a breeze. As soon as my wife and I walked in we felt instantly relaxed from our long day with the overall coziness of the place and refreshing smell!!! In regards to cleanliness, the place was pristine. We decided to wind down by watching some TV and there were tons of viewing options. When it was time to call it a day it just got better because the bed was amazing! The mattress is so plush and the sheets were SO soft. Extremely comfortable. Will definitely be booking with them again.

The apartment is in a nice newer community and very clean, and her cats are some of the friendliest I have met. :-) I had a great night's sleep and appreciated use of the refrigerator and washer/dryer. Lots of restaurants and shopping are very close by. I liked Rixster Grill and there is a Harris Teeter about a half mile away.

My sister had a tournament at the Sportscenter & this was the perfect location to stay! Less than a mile away from the club & easy access roads. Big apartment & 3 nice kitties to greet you throughout the stay :)

We stayed at Ginine's place for two nights for a wedding in Winston-Salem. Communication was early and clear, and check in was as easy I've ever had with Airbnb. Communication was perfect and punctual from the start. Check-in/Check-out were very easy. The newly refurbished building/condo was absolutely amazing and well equipped with modern conveniences. The unit was clean and bright. We enjoyed watching the Winston-Salem Dash baseball team fireworks from the roof top deck. It was a perfect home base for our Spring Bring touring NC colleges, shopping for furniture in High Point and hiking/mountain biking at the Hanging Rock State Park. I would highly recommend it to anyone staying in Winston-Salem.

What a find for our family! The area was fun, safe, good restaurants within walking distance, easy parking and near Wakeforest where my freshman daughter will now spend four years. A lovely 3rd floor flat newly reconstructed is super clean, modern and very comfortable. Ginine is very responsive to any questions or needs you might need before and during your stay. I hope to be back often and Ginine's place will be my first pick.

This is the perfect Airbnb. Daniel is a marvelous host and has proved a lovely apartment that is very comfortable. I was allowed to have my small dogs and they were very comfortable. Daniel has a great fenced in yard for them to enjoy. The neighborhood is peaceful and beautiful and there is a park right near by. There is easy access to shopping and all events/ places in the triad. Don't hesitate to stay at this Airbnb!

The place was as advertised. Clean and good sized. I didnt get to meet TJ and Erienne, but they were very quick to respond. Easy to get anywhere around town from here. I loved having the separate entrance. I'd recommend this and would stay here again, but I will say you can here the hosts and their dog above you. Wasn't a big deal to me, but worth mentioning.

Aaron's place is great. Its a quiet two bed and one bath condo a short walking distance from the "main drag" of downtown. Aaron was responsive and his guide sheet on the condo rules/regulations/operation was comprehensive.

Spent a week in this lovely apartment in the heart of Greensboro. It had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The owner provided all the information we needed and made sure he was accessible to answer any questions the entire time of our stay. Definitely plan to return in the future.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The studio apartment was large but still cozy. The screened in porch was absolutely lovely and I wish we had the time, and the warm weather, to relax on the porch with a glass of wine! As it was, it was a short stay. Martha had left some suggestions for dining and we gave Studio 32 a try - loved it! The neighborhood was quiet but very accessible to downtown Greensboro - just minutes away. We would strongly recommend this apartment to anyone needing a place to stay in Greensboro.

This might be the coziest apartment in all of Greensboro. The heater is great for cold nights. Loved all the coffee and little snacks for late night cravings. Keyless entry worked great (one less thing to carry while traveling) - Would totally recommend to other Airbnb users.

My experience at this location was great! Martha and her husband are super kind and welcoming. The space was very tidy and cozy, and reminded me of staying in a country cabin although we were in city residential neighborhood. We arrived later than expected and Martha made sure we had easy instructions on entry. The space is plenty of room for 2 adults, and it's location in the back garden of the house made it very peaceful and quiet. We were on the go most of our time in Greensboro, but I would have liked to spend more time on hammock on the attached screened-in porch over looking the garden and coy pound. Snacks, coffee, and tea were a very welcome perk. I highly recommend this listing to those visiting Greensboro or just passing through. I will do my best to book it again next time I'm in the area. Lila is such a gracious and thoughtful host, and I love how sweet her cat is. The bed and room are very comfortable, the bathroom clean and private, and the location is an easy 10 min drive to Old Salem since it's near major roads. I would definitely stay here again.

Lila's place is very accessible from I-40. It is a quiet oasis. I found the guest room very clean and the décor is restful. It feels especially private because of the attached full bathroom, and because it is the back room of an end apartment, top floor.
