We were in the area for a wedding and stayed comfortably in this penthouse with 6 people. Great setting, awesome cafe downstairs, and great staff/crew at the marina. Paul was very accommodating and helpful. Weather was great so we enjoyed the private patio overlooking the marina. Would definitely return.

I live in Loughborough and I had 4 friends visiting for a weekend, who stayed at Chiew and Ula's apartment. The apartment is spacious and the location is perfect. It is situated in a calm area with walking distance to both town and to the train station. Kitchen is well equipped and in all I highly recommend to stay here. Chiew and Ula were very friendly and helpful, communication went very well, and flexible with check in and check out! Thank you!

Clean apartment, had all amenities and great location

Tanvi and Vishal helped ensure we had a really smooth arrival and departure from Loughborough. Their place was great, perfectly located for a visit to Loughborough town or to the University. The flat was well equipped, secure and had all the amenities needed. We didn't spend too much time in the flat itself but it would provide a nice setting for an evening in if desired. If you are visiting the university it should be noted that this is not a place to invite other's around or to hold events- this is made clear in the house rules and upon arrival (which was not an issue to us!) Location was so central we could just park up and walk to everywhere we needed to get to. Definitely recommend for a trip to Loughborough.

Tanvi is a great host. Warm, welcoming, informative. The directions were really clear and the parking was really convenient. The apartment was gorgeous. The decoration was stunning and the place was very clean and modern. Had all the amenities we needed and was a lovely stay!

Very nice apartment, 5 minutes walk to shopping centre (Tesco, M&S...) and bus station, 10 minutes walk to train station. Adam is realy nice host and very responsive if there are any questions from the guest.

Adam's room is very new and well decorated. It's place is perfect, for it is just several minutes' walking from the town center.

As a frequent visitor, I highly recommend Adam's flat for those who are seeking a bolthole in Loughborough. It is cosy, central and has excellent transport links.

Od listopadu 2016 je to nově zrekonstruovaný a velmi pěkný pobyt. Velmi čisté a soběstačný, zahřeje pěkně v chladném počasí. Tato oblast je velmi tichý, celkově skvělý noční spánek.

As this was our first use of Airbnb we were a little apprehensive, but Mark was great throughout. Timely responses to general queries in a personable fashion with helpful information on the property and area. The Glenfield apartment is spacious, feeling more like a house. Both the bedroom and ensuite were much larger than anticipated. Mark was a wonderful host, very accommodating and friendly - we'd return without hesitation. Thanks for a great stay! Sam (and Rich).

U Riny jsme strávili 3 noci. Rinu jsme nepotkali, klíče nám předal Neel - byl velmi přátelský a vstřícný. Byl samotný je celkem malý, blízko ventra, našli jsme v něm ovšem vše, co jsme během našeho pobytu v Leicesteru potřebovali. BTW: wi-fi šlape jako hodinky.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour à l'appartement - très bien situé pour le centre de Leicester. Bien que l'appartement est sur une route principale, il était calme la nuit. heureux que réfrigérateur était rempli particulièrement avec les bases qui nous ont sauvé un voyage à acheter de la nourriture pour le petit déjeuner.

Booking Steve's apartment could not have been easier; his response to my booking request was immediate and his answers to follow-up questions were fast and friendly. He met us on arrival, escorted us to our private parking space, and then introduced us to the apartment. He made us feel very welcome and quickly briefed us on heating and other appliances before departing. He thoughtfully gave us a contact number which we could use if we needed further information. The apartment is exactly as described and pictured on the website - modern, comfortable, clean, well equipped and surprisingly spacious. We were delighted to discover that it is also very quiet and very secure. It is ideally located with ready and easy access on foot to the city centre, the Lanes, the Cathedral, DMU, and a wide range of very good restaurants and bars. We dispensed with our car and walked everywhere. In brief, the apartment met our needs perfectly and I can recommend it unreservedly.

Overall experience was good just couple of issues with description

Collecting the keys from the car park was not clear and the person given as a contact was frankly very rude on the phone and couldn't be bothered to assist. The flat overall was very clean and well decorated, it was a bit dark in places and needed another mirror.
