It's on a noisy, busy street. Beds were uncomfortable. Noisy heating/air ventaliztion. You can hear everything the tenants who live there full time are doing from walking down to washing dishes. The hosts were great and accomdating. Went above and beyond . Especially when I didn't realize the door was self locking and locked myself out of the apartment building.

The apartment was just as described. We enjoyed our privacy and all the extra space for less then the cost of a hotel room. If we ever get back in town again this will definitely be our choice of lodging.

Samuel was a great host answering all questions and concerns promptly. The apartment was in a great location that was found easily with ample parking. The apartment was immaculately clean and anything we needed from cooking to bathroom essentials were provided. Would definitely stay again!

So easy to find. Farm market 2block's away. Neat as a pin!

Samuel's place was clean and exactly as pictured. The beds were a bit smaller than I'd imagined, so that's something to keep in mind if you're a couple or very tall, as my boyfriend is. We visited elmwood park zoo during our stay, and will definitely be back to visit the animals and this apartment!

What a great place to stay with so many nearby attractions and a charming colonial setting. But outside the hustle and bustle of Philadelphia and King of Prussia. Really cool spot!

Two of my employees stayed at Pat's place for business. It was a great location and offered privacy for both employees to transact with our corporate client. They both enjoyed the place and remarked that the accomodations were excellent. Beds were very comfortable and they had all of the things they needed.. Many restaurants close by along with a major mall. When we are back in that area we will stay at Pat's place again.

This is my second time staying there and will stay again when. Dealing with Pat is always a pleasure and will accommodate most requests. Her place is exceptionally clean and has all the amenities one would need.

The location was great for getting to all we wanted to get to. The photos accurately depict Pat's rental. We were very comfortable and felt very safe staying here. The keypad lock was great and should be a must for all Airbnb's. Pat was very helpful from beginning to end. The kitchen is well-equipped and there was a Keurig coffee maker, coffees and teas, and a few other food, and condiment items. The apartment was spotlessly clean, which we appreciated. There were several hangers which was appreciated. The king bed we slept in was very comfortable and we did not use the other bed, so can not speak to its comfort.. The bedroom shades could have offered a little more darkness to filter out early morning sunshine, and we could hear footsteps very clearly from upstairs rental, but otherwise a great stay for sure! Pat did have ear plugs in the bathroom, which helped some. Overall experience was really great. Pat has put a lot of thought and care into her rental. We would stay again.

Nice quiet apartment to stay 20 - 40 mins away from Philly depending on traffic. Nice neighborhood very nice town with many stores and places to eat ! Stayed here while I trained at a nearby Sheraton which was conveniently located 5 mins away ! It's also 5 mins from King of Prussia Mall 2nd biggest in the country. Ilze was super great and accommodating to all my needs ! Wifi is available however no TV but that's fine if you have your laptop or iPad to watch shows/movies. Only complaint the apt was a little warm at night but that's fixable also maybe a couch would be nice. Thanks Ilze for your hospitality ! Would stay here again !

Dana made us feel welcome by leaving (good!) coffee, cooking basics, and a bouquet of fresh-picked basil/flowers, and by coming by to check on us and answer our questions. The apartment was beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed dinner on the patio at nearby Tap 23 and access to Valley Forge. Neighborhood was quiet/residential with lots of gardens and birds. The only issue was the noise from the upstairs neighbors which woke us up early each a.m. and then ceased when they left for work.

Dana's place was perfect for us. The location was central to all the places we needed to visit. Dana asked for suggestions and received the few we had to make very well. The place was cozy and roomy all at the same time. Perfect for the dogs and the two of us. We loved the fact that we were able to totally block out the light and sleep in a bit in the mornings. We will be going back to Dana's place each time we travel to PA.

This house is cute and cozy. It was a perfect antidote to a long weekend of travel and noise. We had a mini family reunion of sorts and my kids had a chance to get reacquainted while I slept in the room you see pictured here. Talk about use of space! The owners have designed a cottage like space using the nooks and crannies so it feels homey and comfortable. It really is a basement but you would never know it. The street was quiet and parking was a piece of cake. The owner was totally accessible and answered all our questions immediately. Would stay there again when in Philly.

I highly value cleanliness, privacy, listing accuracy, and host attentiveness when staying with Airbnb. The host was responsive whenever I would send a message. Dana helped me change the accommodation dates and worked through having a pet, updating and clarifying the price when it was missing from the listing. Very helpful especially considering the back-and-forth culminated in me not bringing the dog. The listing is as described, with the cool water-saving features of the toilet-with-built-in-hand-washing and special hot water shower. The unit was noticeably, potentially professionally clean (which is important to me) -- with clean, white bath towels available to guests and shining white walls and furniture as testament to its cleanliness. The kitchen was welcoming, stocked with milk, soups, snacks, and utensils. Guests should be aware that this is a basement apartment that may be prone to bugs despite the clinical clean -- we saw four millipedes and, though harmless, something to be aware of. There is considerable noise from the upstairs tenants that bothered us during our one-night stay. We heard a couple walking around, moving furniture, and having conversations at night and again ~6/6:30 on Saturday morning. For guest not used to apartment living, this may be a turn off. These two details however would not deter me from staying at Dana's place in the future. The large elements of cleanliness and attentiveness outshine the other factors. Thank you, Dana!

Dana seems to have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable! We thoroughly enjoyed it there. If you're in the area I highly recommend staying there.

This stay was absolutely fabulous! The town was cute and quiet. The host was responsive. The place was super clean and well equipped with just about everything you could need. There were plenty of towels and a washer/dryer. Would definitely stay here again if I'm back in the Philadelphia area. Only warnings are: If you plan to spend a lot of time in philly, it's best to stay here if you have a vehicle. And, if you're a very light sleeper, the roof lets in a lot of sound from the upstairs neighbors walking stomping about and talking in the morning. But overall 4.5/ 5 stars for Zadroga house.

This place is spacious and new. We really enjoyed staying here. There are extra towels for you. The kitchen, rooms, restrooms were very clean. The best place to stay in King of Prussia area. I highly recommend this place

The apartment was exactly as described. We loved it! I will definitely stay with Pat again the next time I'm in the Philly area.

Pat was very fast and thorough with the communication. The house is nicely done and cozy. The bed in our room was very very comfortable. This was our first Airbnb experience and it was an extremely nice and easy one thanks to the airbnb platform and Pat's organization and attention to her guest's comfort. Highly recommend as a hotel alternative.

L'appartement de Pat était tout ce que nous attendions à être de la publicité. Il était propre, récemment rénové, belle cuisine avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin, et de grands lits. Tout autour de ce fut une grande expérience. Nous sommes très susceptibles de retourner à nouveau. Il est très convieniently situé à King of Prussia, dans un quartier calme. À la prochaine!!!!

Ich war begeistert, hier zu bleiben! Auch wenn es nur ein Tag war, Sandrina bereitwillig half mir in und heraus zu überprüfen. Auch ich war beeindruckt, dass sie bot Handtücher, Wasser und ein paar Snacks.

Single room with a shared bath on a residential street. Traffic noise could be bothersome if you are not used to it (I am a country girl). Sandrina was very kind and helpful, especially given that I arrived late in the evening. Close to restaurants, supermarkets, and convenience stores. A nice basic room for an overnight visit.

Sandrina has a great place, situated a 10 minute walk away from everywhere in Conshohocken. It is a quiet, clean and comfortable place to stay.

My stay at the treehouse was great! Michael was a very gracious host, and left the place immaculately for us. The treehouse is nice and cozy--not a 5 star resort, but incredibly friendly and charming. The stairs to enter take a little caution to get into the place, but Mike was good about leaving the exterior lights on to help us out. Overall, a very positive experience.

Suzanna was incredibly kind and gracious, and the house was perfect for a weekend out of the city. We were completely able to unwind, and she had great attention to detail in making it feel like a real home away from home. She was also really communicative and flexible about our arrival and check out, an all around fantastic host!

Lovely apartment with a great host! There are plenty of coffee shops and restaurants walking distance as well as a the train station. Shannon was very helpful and attentive to any needs.

Shannon made me feel extremely welcomed. The apartment was clean and adorably decorated. She had set out items she thought I might need and was available by text for any questions. Truly a great host.

Our experience was absolutely perfect! Shannon did an amazing job making me and my husband feel welcome! She was easy to communicate with from the very beginning. Upon our arrival, her apartment was organized, clean, and well stocked with everything we needed - including a bottle of wine! Shannon's apartment is a fun place! She has it decorated in a precious eclectic style that exudes hospitality! There was plenty of room in the 1 BR apartment, too. It was easy to find and convenient to everything we needed. I highly recommend this precious apartment. She is a superb, five-star hostess!

Shannon was the best host ever. She was timely, professional, and I absolutely loved staying at her adorable, well appointed apartment. She even left muffins, wine, and candles for me. She also set out fresh towels and body wash, had the entire place cleaned, and was always on hand to communicate about any needs I may have had. I didn't have any though, as everything was already well taken care of and thought through before I arrived. Shannon is a wonderful host and her apartment is cozy and a beautiful space to stay and play! I am so grateful for this experience and highly recommend her apartment.

My host Shannon was WONDERFUL, she left snacks set up in the most welcoming way, and a sweet note letting me know how to work the TV. She checked in to be sure all was comfortable and if anything was needed. She was available for questions on where to eat, what was open (we got in late) and even made sure we had vegan options to snack on, very accomodating. Extremely sweet apartment, oh my goodness...never have I stayed someplace in which I wish I could live. She has the most cozy, sweet, VERY clean and neat apartment. It's full of positive affirmations everywhere and it's certainly yogi eye candy :-) she has such a creative spirit, which is well seen through the way in which she decorated her space, utilized it's capacity and although its her living space, it leaves the visitor feeling extremely welcomed and at home. Shannon's description of her apartment well over exceeded my expectations, I think many Airbnb's will have a lot to live up to after staying at hers, which was my first Airbnb experience, the bar has been set very high :-) The neighborhood of Conshohocken is wonderful, there is an energy there that felt like home, it's safe and what felt very historic, like it has a story to tell. Absolutely loved it, and will return.

Shannon's spot was really convenient, comfortable and beautiful. There's a lovely little park right outside and a few cafes and shops in walking distance. Communication with Shannon was easy and great. I had a wonderful stay. highly recommended!
